    Dazu läuft ein Hörstück mit aktuellem Bezug: Eigentum und Recht und Freiheit - über das Recht auf Eigentum und jenen Artikel des Grundgesetzes, der bei liberalen Fanatikern Schnappatmung und Carracas-Rufe provoziert.

    Ein Programm mit zwei Filmen aus der Serie in arbeit: Im Mittelpunkt
    stehen Agrargenossenschaften bei Corleone und eine Sozialkooperative in Palermo. Kooperativen haben auf Sizilien eine lange Tradition, immer eng verknüpft mit dem Kampf gegen Großgrundbesitz, Mafia und Korruption. 2001 wurde die erste einer neuen Generation von Kooperativen gegründet, die auf konfisziertem Boden arbeiten. Unter den Augen der enteigneten Mafiosi betreiben sie ökologische Landwirtschaft. Was simpel klingt, ist eine kulturelle Revolution, denn es geht um geregelte Arbeitsverhältnisse und den Aufbau einer legalen Wirtschaft als Gegenpol zu den mafiosen Strukturen, die die Gesellschaft Siziliens immer noch dominieren.
